Summary: 

Under minimum supervision, use machine tools, hand tools and measuring instruments; read drawings, procedures, and work instructions; Wire fixture parts, insert springs, hang parts onto fixture racks, use of tweezers, some small hand tools, micro-scope. Assist with post inspection of processed parts.

Essential Responsibilities

 

  • Adheres to all specifications as detailed on customer purchase orders
  • Uses tooling and fixtures to facilitate efficient and effective plating
  • Maintains equipment in working order, identifies items needing maintenance and repair
  • Maintains work area to assure safe and clean work environment
  • Follows all company policies, department procedures and job-specific work instructions
  • Perform visual inspection of work performed for defects and adherence to workmanship standards and Micro Mode Products specifications

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Interpersonal team skills
  • Basic math skills including addition and subtraction of fractions and decimal measurements
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail

 

ABILITY TO:

  • Perform the same task repeatedly without becoming bored or frustrated
  • Concentrate for long periods of time without becoming distracted
  • Demonstrated accuracy and ability to follow detailed instruction/ direction/ procedures

Equal Pay Act Range

Hourly Salary Range is $17.40p/h to $25.96p/h plus benefits and incentive plans.
