Position Summary

Position: (TEMP)AP/AR Specialist - (3 to 6 months)

 

Location: Seneca Falls, NY - (On-site) 

 

Summary: This temporary position is responsible for the management and delivery of services relating to accounts payable and accounts recievable for all units served. 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Use on-line tools for Invoice Processing
  • Recognizing when required data is not available, and then reroute the transaction per the processing guidelines
  • Interact with various personnel to obtain required information in order to process a transaction
  • Perform various audit and verification processes per the processing guidelines
  • Assist Supervisor, Team and Department in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lean Processing
  • Perform other duties/special projects as requested

Position Requirements

Experience: 1-5 years experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Recievable and/or Customer Service; 

 

  • Considerable skills in customer service with the ability to communicate in written and verbal form;
  • Ability to follow and create procedures;
  • Minimal to non-existing error rate;
  • Ability to follow though and correct errors as they may occur;
  • Lean process oriented;
  • Dependable member of the team with attendance and support;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Able to complete all tasks within the allotted time and direction;
  • Consensus abilities;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • SAP Experience; and/or Oracle Experience a plus
