Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. As the Executive Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales executives in achieving their targets by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination within the sales department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales management team.
    • Assist in organizing sales presentations, conferences, training, and trade shows by arranging logistics and preparing materials as needed along with travelling to support these efforts (as needed)
    • Maintain commission structures that incentivize desired sales behaviors, motivate performance, and drive revenue growth.
    • Responsible for processing commission and bonus calculations for Sales, auditing and making adjustments as needed.
    • Assist with the design of commission plans that align with sales roles and responsibilities, incorporating factors such as sales quotas, product margins, and performance thresholds.
    • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to commission structures based on feedback from sales teams, market changes, and business priorities

  • Communication Liaison:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal sales communication, effectively managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
    • Facilitate communication between sales management members, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
    • Work with marketing to create sales campaigns to drive revenue as needed for both pumps and aftermarket for both channels.

 

  • Sales Coordination:
    • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to establish realistic and achievable sales targets aligned with business objectives, market trends, and historical performance data.
    • Analyze sales forecasts, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform target-setting decisions and ensure targets are challenging yet attainable.
    • Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
    • Provide training to sales team related to sales targets and commission payouts.

 

  • Data Management:
    • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information, sales activity, and other relevant details.
    • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Compile data and generate regular reports on sales activities, trends, and performance indicators for analysis and decision-making purposes.
    • Implement tracking mechanisms and performance metrics to monitor sales performance against targets and commission plans.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to sales management based on performance analysis, highlighting areas of success and areas needing attention.
    • Assist sales enablement group in selection of CRM and assistance with training as needed.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION: Four-year college degree and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple and complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write professional, effective correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other coworkers of the organization.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Ability to effectively plan, coordinate and negotiate meeting events, especially semi-annual Management Conferences, Operations Reviews, etc.

 

COMPUTING SKILLS: Ability to proficiently utilize word processing and presentation software, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail and other custom applications in an MS Windows/MS Office environment.

Specific benefits are dependent upon whether or not the position is part of a collective-bargaining agreement. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range

54,600.00 to 81,800.00 plus benefits and potential bonus
