This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

 

Responsible for supporting HR of manufacturing plant objectives; including general employee relations matters and HR Operation, Workday and Case Tool transactions, employee relations, etc.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Supports Employee engagement committee work,
  • Monthly employee reporting, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Direct Labor reporting.
  • Employee filing of confidential data
  • Conducts data analysis, research and HR assignments assigned.
  • Orders Eaton Office supplies and maintains paper, and general supplies for entire Offices.
  • Prepares HR related paperwork, New Hire Packets, creates posters, notices or other HR communications as Directed.
  • Supports Job Fairs and recruiting activities:
    • Schedules interviews
    • Reserves rooms.
  • Employee Support:
    • Handles Temp employee new hire orientations
    • Processes paperwork and creates New Hire files.
    • Handles WORKDAY Case Tools to add or change electronic personnel records.
    • Supports Kiosk requests. Helps login, and Kiosk access questions and support.
    • Acts as employee activities and events coordination and point person for sign-ups, and answering general or specific questions from workforce,
    • New Hire employee Badge creation and administration
    • Workday case tool administration and processing.
    • Workday and employee records audit and integrity work. Updating and reviewing data and making corrections or researching missing data fields.

Position Requirements

The position requires the candidate to be a student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field completing their degree within 1 year.

Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse populations.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range

$20-$22/hr.
