Position Summary

Provide receptionist & administrative support for the facility.  Coordinates incoming work with the customer and shop personnel.  Develop & maintain the master production schedule to achieve on-time deliveries & customer satisfaction. Main purchasing agent for the facility. Handle customs and border work for shipments in and out of the USA.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide receptionist & administrative support for the Pro Service California
Administratively support all internal and external requirements.
Maintain and organize the main office area including all filing.
Complete shop packages.
Responsible for entering all order in the Vantage System.
Provide administrative support & backup for shipping & receiving. Complete all freight paperwork.
Purchase all safety, shop & office consumables.
Run daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Maintain & file all invoices
Develop & maintain the master production schedule to achieve on-time deliveries & customer satisfaction

Position Requirements

Education:
- High School diploma
Experience:
- 0-2 years minimum experience in equipment repair industry.
- PC Proficiency
- ESH & ISO process experience.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
 Effective communications skills with internal & external customers
 Knowledge of Organization policies, procedures, and programs
 PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AS400, GroupWise
 Strong Interpersonal skills
 Strong Telephone etiquette
 Strong Organizational skills
 Decision-making skills
 Multitasking

Equal Pay Act Range

$48,700.00 to 72,700.00 plus benefits and potential bonus
