Position Summary

CCT, as part of ITT global strategy, is aiming to upgrade outdated ERP systems and increase SAP ECC 6.0 footprint utilizing internal SAP teams and expertise. In the next 3-5 years, we have scheduled several implementation projects in Europe, USA, and Asia.

 

Based on existing and future project, CCT is looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst - FICO to help complete the implementation projects along with support of existing SAP systems.

 

As the Senior SAP Business Analyst - FICO, you will work with a small team of SAP FICO analysts in SAP implementations and provide ongoing support for our SAP systems. Your role is pivotal in optimizing our financial processes, controlling systems, and ensuring they align with our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of hands-on experience in SAP and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and financial control.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of SAP FICO analysts or contractors, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their day-to-day activities.
  • This position plays a key role as a cross-functional subject matter expert and technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Distributing, assigning, and supervising other analysts’ work as needed.
  • Lead end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of best practices and transforming business processes through advising and guiding business users.
  • Assume partial project management responsibility
  • Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader
  • SAP Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee SAP implementations, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • SAP Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
  • Financial Process Optimization: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to optimize financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
  • Manufacturing Process Integration: Ensure that SAP FICO processes are closely integrated with manufacturing operations, providing accurate financial data to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that SAP FICO processes remain compliant with financial and legal requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to develop accurate financial budgets and forecasts, utilizing SAP FICO functionality.
  • Reporting: Create and deliver reports to management, showcasing the financial performance of the company and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Create long-term relationships with business

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP FICO modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, etc.). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, and financial management.
  • Good grasp of the fundamentals of other core modules, such as MM/QM/WM/PP/SD.
  • Exposure to a controls-based environment with SOX and ITAR
  • Configuration and production support experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is required. Experience with SAP 4.0b is desirable.
  • Project management skills are desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in SAP FICO modules is preferred.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range

Annual Salary Range $132,200 to $197,800 plus benefits and incentive plans.
