This role is responsible for implementing best practices for converting sales forecast into material planning, capacity planning, & scheduling to improve customer satisfaction, lead times, material & labor availability, profitability, and working capital. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for data analysis, process improvement, system optimization, and a healthy dissatisfaction for status quo. The ideal candidate is proactive, results oriented and experienced in lean tools and processes and a keen interest in developing people, processes and systems. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role driving our near-term and long-term supply chain strategic objectives.
