Position Summary

ITT Enidine is seeking an Automation and Integrated Manfucturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and integrating new automated systems into production and test environments as well as supporting existing automated solutions. As an Automation and Integrated Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and sustainment teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Document automation processes and work closely with Quality Engineers to integrate automated solutions into the continuous improvement pipeline.
  • Generate comprehensive plans, procedures, and training content to ensure successful deployment of automated systems.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to improve product design and performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve execution roadblocks when required.
  • Utilize JIRA for issue tracking, project management, and task prioritization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to ITT Enidine technologies.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 1 – 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated high degree of Emotional Intelligence
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ASTM, ISO, and SAE is a plus.
  • This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

$60,700 - $90,700
