As a Sr. Design Engineer, you are an integral part of the ECS (Environmental Control System) Product Team. You directly participate in projects involving the design and development of composite and metallic structures, ducting, fluid and thermal control systems, acoustic control, and a variety of stand-alone and integrated heaters for numerous applications.
You generate product concepts and designs, tooling designs, drawings, and Parts Lists based on customer data, loads, performance requirements, material applicability and environmental constraint. You lead and ensure the progress of assigned projects; develop designs, data, specifications, processes, and reports throughout the product development process; and present at technical reviews.
