Position Summary Description:
Under guidance and direction of the project execution team, performs administrative and fiscal technical support for management of technical development, capital, and product sustainment projects. Updates project plans/schedules, financial forecasts, and cost expenditure status to keep management and customers appraised of project status and develops finance and project reports and documentation in support of customer deliverables. Tracks and ensures timely invoicing and payment in accordance with project milestones. Coordinates with project team to develop management and customer presentations and serves as administrator for digital engineering systems and tool sets. Assists project managers to ensure compliance with customer SOW and SDRL requirements. Primarily responsible for the organization and maintenance of project files and records.
