Coordinate Export & Canadian shipments & provide general administrative support. Prepare, (including checking in
Crossdocks), file and distribute shipping documentation for Canadian and Export orders. Deliver packing lists defining the pieces, weight and dimensions for each shipment to Export Services on the day the shipment is packed. Manage files of orders awaiting shipping release and FOB Destination release. Reconcile all outstanding Export and Canadian orders daily, coordinating with CDC Supervisors and MDC Inventory Analyst. Process shipping memos from Export Services on shipping systems and coordinate pickup with local carriers. Respond to miscellaneous walk-in and phone inquiries, ensuring all visitors sign in/out. Manage visitor and contractor safety summaries and certificates of insurance. Collect/distribute mail and facilitate local Accounts Payables process. Manage files and long-term storage. Startup and shutdown WMS as necessary. Assist Customer Service with various inquiries (including providing packing lists or PODs). Perform housekeeping and serve on CDC Safety Committee.
Prepare Canadian & export documentation. Coordinate export shipment (including crossdock check-in), forwarding shipment information to Export Services in SFO and moving containers into Export staging on WMS. Expedite and reconcile outstanding orders, sending daily status email. File packing lists and bills of lading for all orders. Generate bills of lading for LTL shipments and air bills for air shipments and coordinate pickups. Print end of day manifests for carriers. Manage folders of export shipments awaiting shipment release and FOB Destination release. Generate COFC/COQ as required. Identify missing tariff codes and COOs and obtain from Export Services.
Research and respond to Customer Service, Price Audit & FRC for shipment tracing, proofs of delivery, freight charges, order expediting, order cancellation and carrier selection
Facilitate local A/P process (collect/distribute mail, forward invoices for processing, manage files). Enter SAP requisitions. Answer walk-in and phone inquiries and re-direct as necessary. Manage visitor and contractor safety summaries and certificates of insurance.
ESH – Perform housekeeping in Export area and files, wall to wall. Serve on Safety Team: perform Safety Observations, complete Near Miss Forms and other ESH duties as required. Comply with OSHA regulations and ITT Goulds Pumps/departmental safety policies.
Train other personnel as required.

-2-5 yrs. Transportation experience
