We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Concur Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on SAP Concur and SAP Accounts Payable modules. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Concur and Accounts Payable processes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Business Analysis:  Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP Concur and SAP Accounts Payable modules.
• Solution Design:  Design and configure SAP Concur and Accounts Payable solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Implementation:  Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP Concur and Accounts Payable solutions, including system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Process Optimization:  Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within SAP Concur and Accounts Payable workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:  Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
• Documentation:  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Support:  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Concur and Accounts Payable systems, addressing user issues and system enhancements.

Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Experience:  Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP Concur and SAP Accounts Payable.
• Technical Skills:  Proficiency in SAP Concur and SAP Accounts Payable modules, including configuration and customization.
• Analytical Skills:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Communication:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management:  Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Annual Salary Range $87,000 to $130,200 Plus Benefits and Incentive Plans.
