Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Supply Chain for ITT (Connect & Control Technologies), the Director, Strategic Sourcing is a critical member of the Global Supply Management group responsible for enhancing overall supply chain performance through the effective management of ~$200M in global spend. In this role, you are responsible for aligning ITT’s business strategy to your assigned categories and maintaining the best sources of supply. You are responsible for building strong supplier relationships and being proactive in mitigating supply chain challenges due to emerging economic trends around pricing, logistics, and geo-political risks. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, you will identify and champion complexity reduction initiatives that will enhance profitability and service to customers.
This is an on-site role with up to 50% travel that can be located in Valencia, CA or Irvine, CA.
