ITT is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries and sales in approximately 125 countries.
Responsible for the delivery of Product\Process training to customers. Manage, coordinate, and implement customer training classes. Maintain cost and schedule controls for training programs. Manage logistics (resources, scheduling, registration, marketing) of training classes. Provide support for sales and marketing activities. Assess/ prioritize training development needs. Provide direct support to training development, guiding development and coordinating with internal and external subject-matter-experts in the development and evolution of ITT IP’s training offering.
Measures:
* Grow IP customer training into a $1M business over 3 years with profitability to cover\exceed all operational cost.
* Establish partnerships with educational institutions to support accreditation\ validation of customer training programs
Up to 30% domestic\international travel required.
Education: B.S. Engr/Mktg. MBA a plus
Experience: 8 yrs combined sales, marketing and/or product management.
