As a member of the Sales team, you will drive the Customer Experience. Engage with external customers to liaison between internal functions and customers on product and order related issues. Process orders, providing pricing and delivery information, answering questions pertaining to shipments, and the handling all other inquiries to ensure that customers receive services that meet or exceed their expectations
High School Diploma
Customer service and sales experience preferred
