Reporting to Senior Product Manager for Transportation & Industrial North America, the successful candidate will support technical, pricing, and marketing related deliverables for interconnect products being sold to transportation and industrial markets (Rail, Heavy Vehicle, Energy, General Industrial). The candidate will interact daily with the sales organization, distributors. end customers and engineers in support of product management activities.

• Provide sales support by supplying product related information to the sales team, distribution, and end customers
• Provide marketing communications support, develop sales tools, support and participate into trade shows
• Provide product and project management support
• Work in close coordination with the pricing group in responding to bids, tactical quotes and contract pricing inquiries as directed by the Product Manager
• Support product cost and market price analysis in coordination with the product manager to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements
• Support estimate the costs for customized products and special bids, interacting directly with Purchasing and Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
• Minimum Education Requirements BS/BA Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management, Pricing, Sales, or Customer Service in the Connectors or similar industry
• Familiarity with electrical interconnect products is a plus
• Percent of Travel required less than 25%
• Location: Orange County, CA surrounding area

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Annual Salary Range is from $78,200.00 to $116,800.00, plus benefits & incentive plan.
