The Application Engineer plays a critical role in supporting Goulds Pumps network of distributors serving the municipal markets. This position serves as a technical expert, providing comprehensive application engineering support to empower our distributors to effectively serve municipal customers. The Application Engineer will leverage their comprehensive knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, and municipal water/wastewater systems to assist with pump selections, scope of supply development, specification and P&ID reviews, and utilization of Goulds Pumps quoting software. While primarily focused on supporting our distributors, this role may occasionally involve quoting customers directly. This position is essential for ensuring our municipal reps have the resources and expertise needed to deliver exceptional solutions and drive sales growth in the municipal market.
This role offers a financial bonus opportunity, directly tied to the overall success of the US municipal distribution network in meeting the order target.
This role would reside in one of our ITT offices in Placentia, California; Colfax, North Carolina; or Chicago, Illinois.
