This role is for expansion of ITT Portfolio in the Central Asia region, sell OE, parts and services for O&G and other markets.
Development of new opportunities/markets in order to increase Sales of the company's Products. Increasing Sales of Industrial Production Services to existing Engineering and Construction Customers and End Users.
· Create positive personal relationships with key customers.

· Providing information to management on an ongoing basis about competitors, customer needs and sales opportunities.
· Annual development/implementation of plans for regional sales of services to customers/Bringing information about competitors, customer needs and sales opportunities to management on an ongoing basis.

· Increasing activities for the production, maintenance and repair of pumping equipment/components for key customers.
· Bringing all ongoing production operations to the attention of customers.
· Preparing proposals, concluding contracts and ensuring their successful implementation.

2. Description of tasks
Fulfill or exceed regional sales plans by:
· Development of new opportunities/markets to increase Sales of the company's Products. Increasing Sales of Industrial Production Services to existing Engineering and Construction Customers and End Users.
· Create positive personal relationships with key customers.
· Create formal customer service presentations to demonstrate capabilities.
· Providing information to management on an ongoing basis about competitors, customer needs and sales opportunities.
· Annual development/implementation of plans for regional sales of services to customers/Bringing information about competitors, customer needs and sales opportunities to management on an ongoing basis.
· Regular and effective communication with all key customers.
· Increasing activities for the production, maintenance, and repair of pumping equipment/components for key customers.
· Bringing all ongoing production operations to the attention of customers.
· Preparing proposals, concluding contracts, and ensuring their successful implementation.
· Conducting presentations to customers at least 6 times a year.
· Implement and support training for customer engineers on Goulds products.
· Taking the lead on large projects and providing support at the end customer level
· Maintain documentation of sales history, invoices, and serial numbers of pumping equipment.
· Maintain timely reports of ongoing projects and opportunities and maintain monthly reporting and relational database updates.
· Maintaining frequent and regular contact with customers for business development.
· Regular forecasting and management reporting about the region.
· Maintaining the management of projects and production facilities at the stage of order implementation.
· Creating a list of key strategic Customers in the region and achieving long-term strategic partnerships with key customers by supporting their core business in all areas of activity.
· Regular visits to key customers.
· Maintaining regular reporting to management.
· Regular and timely updating of corporate business databases, such as E-Prism, EQL, PFP.
· Development of sales of new products and services entering the market
Education:
Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering Degree
Experience:
Similar Function in Industrial Business (preferred)
Skills/Knowledge:
· Fluent in English (other language plus)
· Team Oriented
· Strong PC Skills with Windows and Office Programs
· Self -Starter
· Ability to establish relationships with Customers and End users
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Existed Customer’s base in the region
