Position Summary

We are hiring a Machinist I to support second shift operations at our El Cajon, CA facility. This role focuses on operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts in accordance with production specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification.
  • Follow production instructions, blueprints, and job travelers.
  • Perform basic part inspections using standard measuring tools.
  • Monitor machine operation and report any issues or deviations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and measurement instruments.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work second shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CNC machining equipment and controls.
  • Basic understanding of shop math and tolerances.

Equal Pay Act Range

Hourly Range is $22.69 to $33.84, plus a benefits plan
