Position Summary
ITT Bornemann is among the most widely recognized and respected brands in the global pump industry, serving customers in the oil and gas, mining, power generation, chemical, pulp and paper, and general industrial markets. We are the global leaders in twin screw and multiphase pumping.
The purpose of this position is to provide daily support for the direct sales force in the areas of applications, proposal work and order processing/management. Specifically, this includes a review of pump specifications, proposal preparation, providing technical support to customers, interfacing with vendors, and order processing and expediting.
Essential Responsibility:
• Review customer specifications and prepare comprehensive professional proposals.
• Handle customer telephone inquiries.
• Interface with outside vendors to solicit quotes for equipment.
• Effectively process orders and manage any issues that arise.
• Act as a liaison between operations and the customer.
• Participate in sales calls with the Sales Engineer as part of development.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Coordinate the handling of returned goods.
• Participate in pre-award meetings as required.
• Develop effective rapport with customer contacts.
Position Requirements:
Education: 2 Year Degree require or 5 years exp.
Experience: 2+ years experience in rotating equipment, ideally pumps

• Self started with a positive attitude
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects with quick turnaround requirements
