We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment in El Cajon, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production scheduling, team leadership, and workflow optimization. This role is critical to ensuring efficient assembly processes, maintaining high product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Assembly Department.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Review incoming jobs and allocate resources to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update work instructions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve production issues and implement solutions.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor output and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement practices.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

The total compensation for this role is $104,200 - $155,600 USD annually plus a benefits plan
