Reporting to the Manager of Quality, this leader must have the ability to effectively communicate up and down the organization across all functional areas, The Quality Control Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for leading the Quality Inspection team within a dynamic aerospace design and manufacturing facility. This position will have functional leadership of Receiving Inspection, Final Inspection, Calibration and Material Review Board. This individual will champion continuous improvement activities with quantitative results that consistently deliver cost control, cost reduction, throughput efficiency and defect free products on-time.
There is a high degree of collaborating with product management, engineering, operations and suppliers to establish and maintain requirements for raw materials, components, manufacturing processes, and finished goods.
