The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to Operations and a key driver of HR initiatives that support operational excellence. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP acts as a consultant on human resource-related issues, providing guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of a manufacturing environment, including employee relations, safety culture, and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
