*Temporary* We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the production of high-precision, safety-critical components used across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and energy.
• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
• Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
