The Quality Engineer is a key leader in Customer Centricity, Innovation, and Operational Excellence. The candidate will manage tasks related to current production processes, continual improvement of those processes as well as daily support and interaction with internal and external customers. This role will be a leader in the organization to support of all MRB and RMA activities and appropriate root cause problems solving and improvement to prevent recurrence of customer escapes and internal defects. This position will also lead while participating in multidisciplinary teams to track internal quality levels and create plans to achieve the internal and external Quality metric goals. The QA Engineer will hold a primary role in the launch of new products by ensuring compliance and readiness by employing Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques.
