Admin Administrative that will provide front-line support to internal and external customers, Sales Engineers (SE), Regional Sales Managers (RDSM), ensuring accurate quote and order management, timely response, and professional communication. This role requires highly analytical, self-motivated individual who can work independently, use their own judgement, and make rational, data-driven decisions to meet demands of customers and our operation. Ideal candidate is proficient with Epicor ERP and Microsoft Outlook and Excel and can quickly learn to process nuances to maintain service levels during our peak period(s).
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support and Quote / Order Management
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Proactively escalate urgent requests
2. Order and Quote Entry Management
• Accurately enter, modify, and validate quote requests and orders.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work directly with Manager, SE, RDSM, and Engineering team(s) to ensure best practice for each request.
4. Compliance and Process Quality
• Follow departmental SOP
Qualifications Required
Customer Service background, familiar with ERP systems and quote-to-order, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and excel, demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage high-volume workload. Strong written and verbal communication and Proven analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment a plus.
