Experience: 3-5 years minimum experience supporting trade compliance actions and activities + 2-4 years’ experience managing people in a trade compliance organization. (Will consider applicants looking to grow into a leadership role with an excellent track record and understanding in trade compliance). In depth knowledge of OFAC and Department of Commerce regulations relevant to export controls is required; experience with INCO and freight terms, free trade zones, export documents and contacts is required
Job Description
ITT Goulds Pumps Industrial Process Division is seeking a Supervisor Trade Compliance for the Seneca Falls Operations (SFO facility) who will report directly to the IP Director of Trade Compliance while also collaborating with site operations, global supply chain, customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional management of export trade compliance process and personnel. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring ITT’s compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, interacting with government licensing officers on issues pertaining to ITT’s export applications and compliance, providing training to employees of ITT, and identifying processes and procedures for optimal trade compliance within the business.
