We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI-ML Engineer to join the AI & Data Analytics team. The position is responsible for designing, building, integrating, and supporting enterprise AI/ML solutions within a Microsoft-oriented technology landscape. The company’s AI, data, and analytics ecosystem is based on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft cloud technologies. The successful candidate must have strong practical knowledge of these platforms and be able to apply them in the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions, data integration workflows, LLM applications, RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
This position combines strong AI/ML engineering capability with practical solution architecture responsibilities. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will contribute to technical approaches, shape scalable design options, assess implementation trade-offs, provide technical recommendations, and help ensure solutions are aligned with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, enterprise standards, and business objectives.
The role requires strong business analysis and business relationship management skills. The candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand operational processes, identify pain points, clarify requirements, evaluate business value, and translate business needs into practical AI/ML solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly accountable, detail-oriented, business-minded, comfortable working through ambiguity, and capable of balancing multiple priorities. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will collaborate closely with other members of the AI & Data Analytics team to deliver scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and impactful AI solutions.
