The Inside Sales Specialist is a key member of Micro-Mode's Sales Organization, providing advanced support for account management, commercial operations, and customer engagement. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Representatives, and Customer Service, this role supports customer growth, forecasting, demand analysis, quoting, contract review, and order management.
While the position includes customer service responsibilities, its primary focus is sales support, business analysis, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires greater commercial, technical, and analytical expertise than a traditional Customer Service position.
