The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of Micro-Mode's Sales Organization, providing advanced support for account management, commercial operations, and customer engagement. Partnering with Sales Leadership, third party Sales Representatives, and Customer Service, this role supports customer growth, forecasting, demand analysis, quoting, contract review, and order management.
The role’s primary focus is sales support, business analysis, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in inside sales, account management, sales operations, business development support, or commercial operations in manufacturing.
• Background in forecasting, demand analysis, pricing, account management, and sales growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial, technical, and analytical capability.
• Knowledge of quoting, contract review, order management, CRM systems, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to interpret technical product specifications and commercial requirements.
• Experience with RF connectors, interconnect products, electromechanical components, or similar technical products preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• “U.S. Person” required due to ITAR and defense‑related projects.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM platforms, and customer portals.
• Comfortable with daily use of ERP, CRM, reporting, forecasting, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive actions and resolve opportunities.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and supportive leadership approach.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support the business.
